This Policy explains how WishPop (āweā, āusā) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Service at https://wishpop.co. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
2) Information We Collect
- Account & Profile: name, email, password (hashed), settings.
- WishPop Content: list titles, images, video reactions, notes, templates applied.
- Usage & Device: IP address (or hashed/approximate), device/browser type, pages viewed, time on page, actions (e.g., reaction upload/play).
- Affiliate & Click Events: outbound clicks on product links (destination domain/URL, timestamp) and aggregated conversion data provided by networks.
- Support: messages you send to support@wishpop.co.
3) How We Use Information
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Service and Premium features (Video Reactions, Smart WishPops, Branded Links, Templates).
- Prevent duplicate gifting, show reservation/claim status, and personalize templates/themes.
- Measure performance (analytics), detect/prevent fraud and abuse, and ensure legal/affiliate compliance.
- Communicate with you about updates, security, and support.
4) Cookies & Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics (e.g., GA), and affiliate attribution (e.g., link parameters, redirects). You can control cookies via browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect features. Do Not Track signals may not be honored.
5) Sharing of Information
- Service Providers: hosting, storage, analytics, content delivery, customer supportābound by confidentiality obligations.
- Affiliate Networks & Retailers: we share link parameters necessary for purchase attribution.
- Legal & Safety: to comply with laws, enforce terms, or protect rights, property, and safety.
- Business Transfers: in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred to a successor.
6) Data Retention
We keep information as long as needed to provide the Service, for legitimate business purposes, and as required by law. You may request deletion of your account or certain content by emailing support@wishpop.co.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8) Childrenās Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). If we learn a child has provided personal information, we will delete it.
9) International Users
Information may be processed in countries that may have different data protection laws than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards.
10) Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing. To exercise rights, contact support@wishpop.co. We may ask you to verify your identity before responding.
11) Video Reactions & Moderation
Video Reactions are userāgenerated. Hosts can hide or remove reactions on their lists. We may review or remove content reported to violate policies or law. Please do not include sensitive personal information in videos.
12) Templates & Branded Links
We log which templates are previewed/applied to improve design offerings. For branded links, we record slug usage for routing and abuse prevention.
13) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy and will post the updated date. Continued use after an update means you accept the changes.
